• Configure Dynamics NAV / Business Central Finance module, Account payable and receivables modules, and other modules to suit
clients’ business requirements.
• Development of FDDs (Functional Design Documents), SDDs (Solution Design Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement
Document), Training manuals, Train the Trainers, Requirement gathering workshop, Support during UAT (User Acceptance
Testing), etc.
• Design solution blueprints and prepared fit-gap analysis.
• Develop and design reports needed by the stakeholders to improve decision-making.
• Manage securities and permissions in NAV.
• Manage change requests by facilitating the customer’s decision-making process and developing the functional design document that
would drive any development process.
• Work systematically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications.
• Carry out end-to-end data gathering, clean-up, and migration.
• Aid customers in process re-engineering
