- Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes.
- Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, BPF, Process and workflows.
- Work closely with key stakeholders.
- Execute design and discovery workshops.
- Hands-on in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

System: MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Prepare and conduct customers demos on MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
- Verify that the application matches requirements and ensure the application meets end user expectations
