This project involves Customization and Configuration of D365 CRM to manage installation and maintenance jobs, managing engineering resources and equipment’s, managing sales lifecycle (managing leads, opportunities, sales and purchase order, quotation, and Invoicing).

Also, this project involves development of windows service for integrating D365 CRM with Housing Association. Windows service reads csv file from an ftp server and creates job opportunities for Gregor heating in D365 CRM.
Also, this project involves integration between D365 CRM and workforce management system i.e., propeller (https://propellerpowered.co.uk/) via windows service and Rest API.
