Deployed Dynamics 365 CRM apps from end-to-end based on clients’ business requirements. This involved
using .Net programming tools (C#) to develop web resources and plugins. This also involved using out-of-
the-box tools (like business process automations, Power Automate, business rules, dashboards, PowerBI,
charts and workflows) to customise the CRM apps
o Some of the customisations done for clients are case auto escalation and case auto creation for
the customer service module, Auto Numbering for cases and quotes in client’s Dynamics 365 CRM
Apps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration with Dynamics 365, lead auto creation from Emails into
Dynamics, Service level agreement (SLA) configuration, and other customisations,

Used Power Apps Canvas apps and Dataverse to develop a unified Process automation system for a client. The modules in this project included Vehicle Fleet Management system, accounting payment tracking system, leave management system, and asset management system.

The skills and tools used during the development of this solution were powerfx (for implementing frontend functionalities on powerapps), Dataverse (the database system used), Power Query (to query, transform, and consolidate data and provide final reports for the accounting payment tracking system), and HTML/CSS to design the UI of the reports generated from the user end of the solution.
