The initial project for the IT Change Control form was designed to improve the efficiency of IT Change Control approval process along with an electronic signature. IT change control includes four steps which are Initiate the request, Review the request, Approve the request, Closure of the request.
This process addresses and tracks a set of changes such as number of requests, person requesting the changes, what needs to be changed, impact of changes and approval and rejection of changes. The user needs to fill the digital form with certain questions and responses.
