We created a canvas app with SharePoint as backend system. We enabled their admin to manage user roles, create and manage projects, indicator and disaggregation within app.
We created a public facing website in Power Pages which allows end users to login into it and book and appointment with our client’s agents. Agents then have meeting with users and assign a nearby service provider to user. Users and agents both have different experience on website.
End user can only do bookings, see his booking and reschedule and cancel it. While agents can also do same as users plus they can look for service providers based on post code and assign to users.
