Dynamics AX/F&O-Functional Consultant

• Successfully completed application rollout, which includes end-user training on all modules, Go-live, Post Go-Live production support to the end users.
• Point of contact for initial escalated cases from Client.
• Investigate and/ resolve L2 issues and coordinate with technical team with L3 related Issues as reported.
• Provide on-going support for the various Dynamics NAV 2016 Modules like Purchase Sales, Customer & Vendor Creation, Bank receipt, Cash receipt, Cash register customer, GST Configuration, notification (Email, SMS, Job Queue setup) etc.
• Support users with system functionalities
• Data migration for new company creation, utilizing configuration packages for the same.
• Coordinating & providing second level of analysis to L3 support team to resolve technical issues potentially customers to get closure.
• Interacting with end users to discuss on the issues when tickets do not provide sufficient information.

• Having working experience in module like Supply chain Management, Trade & Logistics, POS (Retail), Inventory Management.
• Attending the weekly meeting with clients to discuss about open & recurring issues. Providing status update on upcoming deployment plan for recurring issues or any change/enhance to be done for the respective modules.
• User manual preparations design, solving and identifying bugs, analyzing the user roles and application configuration.
• FDD, Test cases, KB document preparation & Problem Management.
• Investigate and/ resolve L2 issues and coordinate with technical team with L3 related Issues as reported.
• Provide on-going support for the various Dynamics AX 2012 Supply Chain Management, Trade & Logistics and WMS (warehouse Management System)
• Coordinating & providing second level of analysis to L3 support team to resolve technical issues potentially customers to get closure.

• Investigate and/ resolve L2 issues and coordinate with technical team with L3 related Issues as reported.
• Interacting with end users to discuss on the issues when tickets do not provide enough information.
• Creating and Documenting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) resolutions and placing them in repository for recurring access.
• Having working experience in module like Supply chain Management, Trade & Logistics, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay and Oder to cash.

• Being dynamic would be able to screening all the module like Supply chain Management, Trade & Logistics, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay and Oder to cash.
• Requirement Gathering for Implementation and FRD, IDD, SDD Documents Preparation, Change request.
• Providing End user Training & Support, Implementation, and Testing Activity.
• Attending the various meeting with the clients.
• User manual preparation, design, solving bugs, customization, analyzing the user roles and configuration.
• Support and E2E implementation.
