My role in this organization was to assist clients in the support of application packaged solutions as a Finance Functional Consultant. We used in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and Financial solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Verified the accuracy and completeness of invoices and researched invoice discrepancies for departments. Resolved payment issues and followed up on vendor inquiries to bring the company up-to-date with all bills. Updated and reconciled vendor files and statements each month, communicating with vendors regarding discrepancies.

As insurance advisors my role was to help clients to assess their insurance needs by analysing their financial situation, lifestyle and risk profile. Based on assessment,recommend insurance products that best suit their needs. Assist customers by explaining the claim process and helping them fill out the necessary forms. Periodically review client's insurance policies to ensure they are up-to-date and continue to meet their needs.
