• +25 years of experience in Information Technology, working in small and large companies, such as: Microsoft, GE Renewable Energy and Avanade. Developing projects with recognized excellence in Brazil, United States, Japan, Canada and Portugal.
• Interface with SME (Subject Matter Expert), Business Analysts and C-Level, identifying business needs. Supporting customers to the Digital Transformation journey supported by different types of platforms, such as: ERP, CRM, BI and Cloud Computing.
• Business process mapping, elaborating the current situation model (As-Is) and predicted situation (To-Be), meeting the expected Business/Technical requirements with reusable end-to-end technology.
• Support for Commercial area, shaping Sales strategy / Project delivery for ERP / CRM / Data Analytics projects. Being responsible for Solution Design (Functional / Technical). Estimating Effort, Deliverables, Schedule, Staffing Plan, overall resources and Costs.
