Problem: The client used Excel along with pen and paper to manage the equipment transfer from their warehouse to the customer’s warehouse and vice versa. The risk of data loss was extremely high when using paper, Excel also presented security issues as users had the same access and view to the table.
Solution: Development of a model-driven app to replace Excel, pen and paper with a Word report which is created automatically with the use of Power Automate at the end of each transfer. This report contains the details of the transfer which a supervisor signs off on to conclude the process. Development of Excel dashboard and reports to provide visibility on activities.
This change significantly improved data security, automated processes, etc. The app also included more processes such as inventory management, sales, purchase, and transport.

Problem: The client uses Excel and Word to manage employees' leave requests, Excel as a form & database and Word to produce documents for printing purposes. The users had limited automation options and therefore it required a significant amount of manual work, only supervisors had access to the Excel file because they feared erroneous entries from employees.
Solution: Development of a canvas app to replace Excel and dashboards & reports with Excel. With this change, employees could now register their own leave requests and only had access to their requests pending approval or rejection.
The manual work was significantly reduced due to efficient automation within the processes. The Word document was not modified, only the source data was changed.

Problem: The client, an internet service provider, wished to use the advanced functionalities of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with the data from Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Solution: Development of an extension to synchronize Business Central information with Customer Engagement, helping users access Business Central service management data such as customer service contracts from Customer Engagement and link them to cases for example. Improvement of the case notification system.
This improved visibility in the customer service, and better response time in the field service and consequently significantly improved their resolution rate and speed.

Solution: Development of two canvas apps (Admin app and Activity app) to fill those gaps I.e., create, manage, and assign roles and permissions, cluster agency orders into cargo, manage planification, transport/travel, vehicles, drivers, and incidents.
Development of Power BI reports and dashboards to display the performance of these processes from on-time delivery to cost-benefit analysis.
