Dynamics CRM-Solution Architect

It is an upgrade of CRM 2013 to CRM 2016 with customization of case management and sales opportunity
solution. This bank recently acquired some other bank so we combined the both the bank processes in
dynamic CRM 2016 along with the upgrade.

This integration handles the alerts generated from custom iot hub into D365. Alerts generated in IOT middleware gets created in D365 automatically through API and D365 processes those alerts to generate the case and work order data.
Role:
?Created action api to integrate the custom iot hub where iot middleware access the action api and sends the alert data.
?Created function app to send the generated alerts to customer mobile app.
?Worked on form level customization as well as server-side customization's
?Responsible for gathering requirement from Sales Manager and Directors and implementing it to Dynamics CRM.

It is an implementation of D365 Field Service integration with mobile app which handles the work orders and sales orders data to be transferred to mobile app and then technicians work on the work orders to update it into D365.

?Worked as Tech Lead to handle a small team as well as individual contributor for development of Dynamics 365 CE components
?Helping team members to estimate User Stories, tasks, in DevOps. To solve their technical problems as well as to resolve their requirement related queries by interacting with client/BA
?Responsible for high level solution design.
?Created Azure integration with mobile app using azure queues.
?Responsible for attending scrum calls and discussions on requirement clarifications on development items for the team
