Department of Citywide Administrative Services(DCAS) administers civilservice.
examination to procure qualifies candidates for the various city government services.
DCAS releases a legal NOE document with all necessary details of the exam including
filing fee, exam date, responsibilities etc.
Currently DACS has a word perfect based standalone macro system to generate NOE
draft. The current process flow is completely manual except the use of SPSS software
for the analysis of results received from the survey sessions.
DCAS wantsto automate the NOE document generation process to reduce the
manual, cycle time, and inaccurate data entry. This would also improve the
technology upgrade, process tracking, and process time.

Central Storehouse Management (LCSH) of DCAS. LCSH is responsible for
procurement, maintaining inventory, incoming orders(agency requisitions),
fulfillment, shipping and delivery. Integrated system will enable.
o Real-time tracking of inventory, predictive re-stocking,streamlined
sales orders, reduced turnaround time and insights to make
informed decisions.

The Agent Management (AM) app is a DfM Model Driven Power App that will provide
admins the ability to add new DfM users and manage user's security permissions and
profile. The 130+ user role sets used in Service Desk was reduced down to 10 security
roles in DfM, which will reduce the risk of security permission errors
o Create an Agent Management Tool that will configure users for access
to DfM tenant.
o When a user is added to DfM the user will also be added to
OneProfile.
o The tool will onboard a user, grant Dynamics 365 and Exchange
licenses, provide DTM access, create an exchange mailbox and assign
a BU and security role.
o It will provide password reset and bulk agent import configuration.
o Configuring a user to have a JIT Approver Group will trigger a manual
JIT approval process for that user.
o Nominating user to Restricted accessteam will nominate the user to
HR groups.
o Supported in migrating data from DfM to CORP tenant.
