Developing Dynamics CRM project for Zurich insurance HK Sales and Service team to improve sales by getting new customers, collecting premium and providing service customer queries. This general insurance application connected with three near real time systems by API and 20 more systems via batch mode. Major modules of the applications are
Sales – for selling new products to direct customers, BCC - for selling new products via Agent/Agency/Brokers,
Renewal, Premium Chase – for policy premium collection, Endorsement – For customer /policy details update.
We have out of the box and custom charts and reports, which are used for analysis

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a comprehensive solution related to CRM domain. Ericsson, being a Major Solution Provider in Telecom domain, has their own product on top of MSCRM as TCRM [Telco CRM], with the support to integrate with other legacy applications in Telco domain. This TCRM solution has been further customized to cater the needs of the Customer to enhance their day-to-day activities.

• Involved in Configuration and Customization(Ribbon ,Java scripts, System Workflows, Web API , Plug-ins & Custom Workflows, Worked on windows Workflow foundation, Custom Webpages using Angular JS.

United Utilities holds a license to provide water and sewage services to around seven million people in North West England. UU help life flow smoothly for about 7 million people and 200,000 businesses in the North West by providing them with clean, fresh water every day. This project-involved integration of different application with CRM 2015, migrating from CRM 2011 to CRM 2015 and customizing CRM 2015.This is one of the prestigious and biggest MS CRM project in cognizant till now.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Worked on creating staging database to move data from CRM 2011 to CRM 2015
• Creating SSIS packages to migrate data from staging database to CRM 2015.
• Worked as Deployment Manager for the project. Was involved with higher management team in preparing Deployment documents and Release notes for each deployment.
• Created web services to allow seamless integration of CRM with other applications.

I have working experience in Hewlett Packard Global Soft. With Hewlett Packard, I have worked on the end-to-end MS CRM 2013 implementation for most reputed client – Visa Facilitating Services (VFS). Being one of the huge accounts with HP MS CRM was implemented across 41 countries globally. The VFS uses MS CRM for end-to-end Visa application processing, which involves integration with other external online application. With the help of dynamics CRM solution provided by HP, VFS processes thousands of Visa Applications successfully per day. I have been a key player in the development and implementation team.

The main aim of this Private Banking for SABB to capture and process the premier customer’s account, credit card and activities like Know Your Customer process with many levels of approval, rejection and return. This application integrated with various external systems using API’s and SSIS packages. It has many OOB dashboards, Reports and custom SSRS reports.

It is a typical hospital management system, where it holds patient record till from registration, admission details, problems related with patient, doctor’s appointment details, monitoring patient’s day-to-day activities.
