About

I have been implementing and managing Dynamics 365 CE/Sales/Customer Service environments in both On-Prem and On-line for over 17 years.

While the key focus of delivering a Dynamics365 project is to get the system live; the user experience and more importantly, the adoption of the system, must not be overlooked. Information gathering during discovery is a critical part of the process and plays a crucial role in the end user actually excelling in the system.

Predominantly I have worked with manufacturing and service teams to provide organization efficiencies, through information availability and automation, however the beautiful thing about the Dynamics/Power Platform lies in its configurability for many company verticals.

This included inventory management and service call tracking.
Online portal for dealers and end customers to register the warranties, make service calls and order replacement parts.
Integration with on-prem ERP to provide full experience via Dynamics 365.

Migrate complex on-prem environment from Dynamics CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 Sales online.

Management of the students lifecycle from lead to training delivery. Training products and the schedule classes were managed with custom tables and integrated with the Canadian Ministry Of Labour for submitting students certifications.

Includes automation for training managment, sales of products, classes and courses.

Included data migration, environment re-build for new features and business processes.
Dynamics365 became the mission critical app for management of sales cycle, shop fabrication and installation.

Additionally service calls and warranty management were added to the scope after go live to support the entire organization.
