Integrated in the Business Area for midsize IT enterprise resource planning applications (ERP) with responsibility for management teams, specifications analysis and requirements gathering, implementation, installation, maintenance and training of Microsoft Dynamics NAV application on clients.

Integrated in the IT area, with responsibility for project management and IT responsible for a Logista Portugal business unit. The function involves:
• Project management in Microsoft Dynamics NAV using the Prince2 methodology.
• Responsible for ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation and management.
• Analyze business requests for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and translate them into RFC.
• Consultancy for internal users in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV application.
• Providing assistance to Support Desk.
• Maintain application expertise and follow up on new features.
• SQL Database Administration.
• Creating budgets.
• Contract Management with IT vendors
• Responsibility for existing interfaces with Microsoft Dynamics NAV application: EDI, mobile handset sales, radio frequency terminals and printers.
• Responsibility for the implementation and development of the QlikView application.

As a senior solution engineer I worked extensively with large customers to support their digital transformation.
Responsabilities and Skills:
• Proven Oracle Cloud ERP Domain expertise
• Ability to articulate business outcomes of Oracle Cloud ERP for customers
• Experience of producing RFP responses
• Proven track record of architecting winning Oracle technical solutions
• Experience of supporting a sales team to win new siness in a new and existing accounts.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Oracle Cloud, and associated additional services that can be driven to support an Oracle Cloud ERP deal
• Platform As a Service Knowledge
• Demonstration of Proof of concepts to the customer (functionality and performance)
