- Developing strategy and direction for the module area(s) of responsibility

- Performing preventative maintenance adhering to documented procedure and log all steps

- Studying and understanding group business processes carried out through the applications

- Recommending process improvements to enhance the performance of applications

- Contributing information and recommendations for application improvement during reviews

- Studying and understanding the operation of all application modules

- Creating ad-hoc and advanced reports and reporting tools

- Assisting the Business Systems team with IT Operations integration with their systems

- Providing training and documentation to promote efficient use of application

- Monitoring operational systems

- Assisting in maintaining clean and valid data

- Working with application suppliers to track and solve technical issues and queries

1. Experienced in the usage of ERP solutions or supporting of ERP users or any other business
solution- Microsoft Navision, DMS, LS Retails 2016-2018
2. Had a high level of affinity with modern business solution technology and business
processes
3. IT technology such as Microsoft SQL Server, User Administration, Permissions,
Remote Desktop
4. Service minded with a calm and friendly attitude
5. Analytical and understand how to investigate typical user questions or more complex issues
and respond back to the customer
6. A clear and effective communicator (both Thai and English, verbally and in writing)
7. A team-player and able to operate independently and capable to work under pressure
8. Preparing to work outside business hours
9. Preparing to visit the customer site (throughout Thailand), if deemed required, to provide
assistance or training

- Consulting IT solutions related to Microsoft Dynamic 2009-2018 and Dynamic 365
Business Central (BC) in various industries.
- Getting requirements and creating design documents to match with customers’
businesses.
- Providing solutions to match with the standard of the system and suggesting
customization if necessary.
- Testing the programs and functionalities (SIT, UAT)
- Training customers how to use the Microsoft Dynamic 2009-2018 and BC based on
their businesses and solutions.
- Preparing presentation and training materials.
- Preparing to visit the customers’ sites.
- Analyzing and investigating the customer issue.
- Onsite-supporting and doing remotely daily customers’ activities in operations.
- Working parallelly on different projects.
- Resolving the program issue regarding to data retrieval, configurations, report layouts,
and solutions.
- Fixing common program bugs, report layout, and report bugs
