I recently built a Power Apps canvas app for HR that streamlines candidate management. Candidates submit applications, receive confirmation emails, and notify HR via Teams. HR can easily schedule or decline interviews, triggering automated cloud flows and sending personalized emails. Post-interview, HR can accept or decline candidates, with reasons required for declines. The app also features Power BI integration for real-time applicant analytics.
