Business Central duplicated environment - Unable to access the " company

To replicate a Business Central environment is my objective. Previously, I was able to log in without issue, but I am unable to do so now.

Here's how it's done:

1. In Administration Center / Environments / +New

2. Sandbox3 is the selected environment name.

3. Sandbox was chosen as the Type.

4. Choose to duplicate the production environment.

5. Create an environment.

6. Until the environment becomes Active, we waited.

7. Authenticated with the new system.

8. Receiving the error message "Could not open the company " after entering credentials. To prevent accidental use of production services, the runtime has denied the request.

I am able to log in without issue to the production environment.

Version 17.4.21491.21531 of Business Central

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem?
