How can I transfer the licensing for Business Central Essentials to another user without losing my companies?

I have issued this user a Business Central Essentials license:

I wish to assign it to the user "Administració LaBarca," however when I assign the licenses to that person, my companies are no longer accessible. Consequently, I believe companies are related to the original user/license creator.

How can I transfer the licenses for Business Central Essentials to another user without losing my companies?
