How to give SUPER rights to a certain company?

The following error occurs when I attempt to attach the debugger to a Business Central Cloud:

Essentially, it is stating that I do not have permission for one of the two businesses that exist in the environment.

So, I go to the user permissions and find this:

When I try to assign the SUPER role to that company, I receive the following error:

If I simply leave the company column blank, I get the same error.

What should I look for in order to grant permissions to that company, and how can I find out who the administrator user is who can do so?
