Where can I find table and field specifications for existing Business Central tables?

I'm attempting to create Relationships to fields in other tables using the default BC installation.

For example, adding a table to Business Central with a field that has a Relationship to the UOM table.

What I see on the table list, based on my current knowledge, is the table caption; where can I find the complete list of table specifications?
