Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members.
• Assists in the training and evaluation of assigned technical personnel
• Assures quality, quantity, and completeness of assigned tasks
• Develop and document architecture for enterprise applications and related integrations
• Drive standards for development and design techniques used by enterprise application teams
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Business Users to understand requirements and for any GAP analysis
• Work in synchronization with development & support teams to ensure and meet delivery expectations
• Mentor team members
• Hands-on development

Must-Have Skills:

• Overall 9 years experience in IT and 2+ years’ experience leading sprints
• Ability to deliver multiple work streams using "standard" waterfall and / or agile delivery methods
• Hands-on experience in automation framework for Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Good understanding of Azure and Power Platform architecture and Power BI Data Visualizations
• Experience with developing custom connectors integrated with Power Platform
• Database Design, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, triggers
• Automated provisioning and manipulation
• Hands-on experience with Office365 and Microsoft Teams
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online Development and good understanding of SPFX and SharePoint Online Administration (Admin Centre), SSOM, CSOM and JSOM
• Ability to multi-task/prioritize/act in complex environments
• Strong technical documentation
