Roles & Responsibilities
updates and deploys across all D365 environments, including development, test, and production
maintains vendor connections to facilitate D365 add-ons from third parties
establishes and updates a plan for Dynamics 365 and its auxiliary applications, including Medius Pay, Sandler-Kahne e-Banking, Amicis Lifestyle, Visionet - PartnerLinQ, and Financial Reporter.
performs gap analyses of key Dynamics 365 capabilities against business needs in collaboration with product managers.
transforms functional and technical design documents from business requirements
oversees all supporting apps and Dynamics 365 system updates.
produces and keeps up with documentation for Dynamics 365 integrations and modifications.
keeps track of users' security roles in Dynamics 365 and associated software
and keeps current with all vendor updates and life cycle services for Dynamics 365.
reports on the entire cost of utilizing Dynamics 365 vs the business value provided
acts as a point of escalation for help desk inquiries for Dynamics 365 and related apps
