Live D365 cancellation and refund policy
Version: 1.0 Effective date: 18 September 2026
Live D365 is a platform operated by Digikentro. This policy applies to paid Live D365 subscriptions and other paid digital services purchased through the platform, unless an order, proposal, or separate written business agreement says otherwise.
Digikentro's operating address is 1 Mangal Murti, Opp. Mother's School, Gotri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390021, India.
1. Digital services
Live D365 services are delivered online. Depending on the service, access may begin when an account is activated, a paid order is accepted, or Digikentro makes the relevant feature available.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the account or payment controls made available for that subscription, or by contacting us. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Unless applicable law or a written agreement says otherwise, it does not create a refund for a billing period that has already started or for services already provided.
For a business customer, the cancellation terms in the applicable order or written agreement will apply.
3. Refunds
Refunds are considered where:
- applicable consumer or other law requires a refund;
- Digikentro charged you in error;
- Digikentro agrees to a refund under the relevant order or service terms; or
- a service is materially unavailable for a period for which a refund or credit is required under a written agreement.
We may decline a refund where the service was used, the request relates only to a change of mind after access was provided, the account or payment terms were breached, or the request is outside the period allowed by applicable law or the relevant order.
If we approve a refund, we will normally return it through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment processor or financial institution. We may deduct amounts that are legally payable, expressly agreed, or attributable to services already delivered where the law permits.
4. Payment disputes
Payments may be processed by independent payment processors. If you see an unauthorised charge, contact us promptly and also follow the dispute process of your bank or payment provider. We may request transaction details needed to investigate the issue.
5. Service problems
If a paid service is not available or does not operate as described, contact us at hello@lived365.com with your account and order details. We may investigate, restore access, provide a reasonable correction, or apply a credit or refund where required by law or the applicable order.
