Live D365 privacy policy
Version: 1.0 Effective date: 18 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Digikentro, the operator of Live D365, handles personal data when you use the platform, visit a Live D365 website, contact us, or take part in a Live D365 business interaction.
Live D365 is a platform operated by Digikentro ("Digikentro", "we", "us" or "our"). Our operating address is 1 Mangal Murti, Opp. Mother's School, Gotri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390021, India.
This Policy is written for an India-based service and is intended to support compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and related requirements in force from time to time. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or another privacy law applies to a person or transaction, we also apply the protections required by that law.
1. Our role
For personal data that Digikentro collects for its own platform, account, support, security, billing, and business purposes, Digikentro generally acts as the Data Fiduciary under applicable Indian data protection law and as a controller under the GDPR where the GDPR applies.
When a business customer uses Live D365 to submit or review personal data on its own behalf, that customer may determine the purpose and means of that processing. The customer may therefore have its own privacy responsibilities. A separate written agreement may define the parties' roles for a particular service.
2. Personal data we may handle
Depending on how you use Live D365, we may handle:
- identity and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, location, and organisation details;
- account, profile, professional, business, experience, availability, and preference information that you choose to provide;
- information about requirements, opportunities, introductions, communications, and interactions with other users;
- billing, transaction, subscription, and business record information;
- information you send to support or include in documents, messages, forms, or requests; and
- technical, device, usage, security, and log information needed to operate and protect the service.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data as a routine requirement for using Live D365. Please do not provide sensitive, confidential, or special-category information unless you are authorised to do so and the relevant service requires it. If you provide it, we may handle it only as needed for the purpose for which you supplied it, to comply with law, or to protect rights and safety.
3. How we receive data
We may receive personal data directly from you, from your organisation, from another user who is authorised to share it, from a Partner, from service providers supporting the platform, or from public or lawful business sources. We may combine information from these sources where permitted by law and reasonably necessary for the purposes described here.
4. Why we use personal data
We may use personal data to:
- create and manage accounts and provide Live D365 features;
- show or share relevant profile, business, opportunity, or resource information as directed by you or an authorised organisation;
- support introductions, communications, Partner participation, and related business interactions;
- process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and account records;
- respond to requests and provide support;
- maintain platform security, prevent misuse, and investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity;
- understand use of the service and improve its reliability, content, and features;
- send service communications and, where allowed, optional marketing communications;
- comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, and dispute or audit requirements; and
- protect the rights, safety, property, and legitimate interests of users, Digikentro, and others.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for a purpose that is incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected unless permitted by law or supported by a new notice or consent where required.
5. Indian legal basis and consent
Under Indian law, we process personal data with consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, including where processing is needed to provide a service, comply with law, respond to a request, or protect legitimate rights and safety.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it through the available account or communication controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may affect our ability to provide a feature or service. We may retain a record of consent, withdrawal, or a related request where required for compliance or dispute handling.
6. When we share personal data
We may share personal data with:
- clients, Partners, professionals, or other users where the relevant feature, request, or interaction allows it;
- service providers that support hosting, communications, customer support, analytics, security, payments, or other platform functions;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or potential transaction parties where reasonably necessary;
- courts, regulators, government authorities, or law enforcement where required or permitted by law; and
- a successor or buyer in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, sale, or transfer of part of our business.
Recipients may process information under their own legal responsibilities. We require appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations from service providers where required. We do not authorise recipients to use personal data for their own unrelated marketing merely because they receive it from Live D365.
7. Partner and resource information
If you join or work with a Live D365 Partner, the Partner may submit information about your professional availability or a potential resource requirement. That information may be made available to selected clients or Partners for consideration and communication. The extent of sharing depends on the information supplied, the choices made by the relevant organisation or user, the applicable service, and law.
You should not submit another person's information unless you have authority and have given any notice required by law. A person may contact the organisation that supplied their information or contact us using the details below.
8. Automated and assistive technology
Live D365 may use automated or assistive technology to organise information, support search, help with communications, detect misuse, or provide suggestions. We do not intend to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about an individual solely by automated means. Important information should be reviewed by a person before action is taken.
This Policy describes the categories and purposes of processing needed to understand how personal data is used. It does not disclose confidential business information that is not needed for that purpose.
9. Transfers and service providers
Digikentro and its service providers may process personal data in India or another country where a relevant service provider or business function operates. Where a transfer is subject to a law that requires safeguards, we will use the safeguards required by that law. You may contact us for general information about relevant transfer safeguards, subject to security and confidentiality limits.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the service, maintain business and security records, comply with law, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymise it, or securely isolate it where appropriate. Copies kept in routine backups may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that requires notice, we will take the steps and provide the notices required by applicable law.
12. Your rights in India
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, you may ask us to:
- provide information about personal data we process about you;
- correct or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- delete personal data that we no longer need or that we are not required to retain;
- withdraw consent where processing depends on consent;
- help you raise a grievance about our handling of personal data; and
- allow a nominee or authorised person to exercise rights where the law permits or requires it.
Some requests may be limited where we need to protect another person's rights, preserve security, comply with law, or maintain necessary records. We may ask for information to verify the requester before responding.
13. Rights under the GDPR
If the GDPR applies, you may also have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also have rights relating to automated decision-making and to complain to the supervisory authority in your country. We will assess and respond to a request under the law that applies to it.
14. Cookies and similar technologies
Live D365 may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, remember choices, understand use, maintain security, and support optional communications or measurement. Where consent is required, we will request it and provide a way to change or withdraw it. Your browser may also provide controls for cookies, but disabling necessary technologies may affect the service.
15. Children
Live D365 is intended for adults and business users. It is not directed to children under 18. If you believe that a child has provided personal data, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
16. Complaints and contact
