Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including scoping, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

• Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with best practices.

• Configure core BC modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional design documents, and collaborate with technical teams for custom development.

• Manage stakeholder communications and provide ongoing advisory support for process improvements.

• Mentor junior consultants and support team knowledge building.
