  • 5–7 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).

  • Customize and extend CRM solutions using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, C#, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  • Design and implement integrations with external systems using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or middleware.

  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

  • Perform data migration using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.

  • Develop and deploy custom components, entities, and UI enhancements.

  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT and go-live activities.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and end-users to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs.
