This role will involve configuring, customizing, and maintaining CRM systems while also providing functional support to end-users. The CRM Techno-Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of CRM solutions to meet our organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into CRM system configurations and customizations.
  2. Design, configure, and customize CRM systems to align with business processes and objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain CRM functionalities, including workflows, business rules, custom entities, and integrations with other systems.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the entire CRM implementation lifecycle.
  5. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users in effectively utilizing CRM systems.
  6. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of CRM applications.
  7. Continuously monitor and optimize CRM systems to enhance usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to CRM and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and customer service, to drive CRM initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  10. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between IT solutions and business requirements.
