Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Application Support Consultant to provide functional and technical support for Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and more. The role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, and ensuring smooth business operations through proactive issue resolution and user support.
Experience: 4+ Years
Job Type: Remote
Contract Period: 6 Months
Time Zone: Flexible, across APAC, EMEA, and NAM shifts
Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for D365 CE functional and application issues.

Configure forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.

Troubleshoot business process issues and resolve support tickets.

Assist in UAT, release validation, and documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues.

Conduct user training and create user guides.
-
Support data cleansing, imports, and updates.
-
Communicate with stakeholders to capture functional requirements.
Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 CE support.

Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).

Experience configuring forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.

Familiarity with Power Platform and Power Automate.

Microsoft certifications: PL-200, MB-910, MB-210 or similar.

Good communication skills for working with business and technical teams.
-
Exposure to Azure DevOps and ITIL frameworks is a plus.
