Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce), including integration with other systems and data migration.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and design standards.
• Evaluate and recommend new CRM technologies and tools to enhance system performance and functionality.
