Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Retail/Commerce components (MPOS, CPOS, CRT, Retail SDK)

Design and build integrations with external systems and services using APIs, ODATA, and Azure tools

Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Build and optimize data entities, batch jobs, and SSRS reports

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support during deployment and post-go-live

Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and technical documentation
