Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions

• Lead workshops to capture requirements and define solution roadmaps

• Oversee functional design for project management, resource scheduling, project accounting, billing, and time/expense tracking

• Define integration approaches with Dynamics 365 Finance, Power Platform, and external systems

• Provide governance, best practices, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle

• Support pre-sales with solutioning, effort estimation, and presentations

• Mentor and guide consultants and developers on solution implementation
