Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements specific to retail commerce and translate them into functional designs.
• Configure and customize retail modules within Dynamics 365 Commerce.
• Work with stakeholders to optimize retail operations, including point-of-sale (POS), e-commerce, and inventory management.
• Provide training and support to retail staff and end-users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration with other systems and platforms.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure robust and efficient solutions.
