Dynamics NAV/BC-Technical Consultant

+ Involved in requirement gathering session to understand the specifications and expectations of the business.
+ Collect customers’ business processes and conduct fit-gap analysis.
+ Participate in solution build, development and UAT exercise for the client.
+ Collaborate with other developers as required to provide technical direction on systems analysis, gathering of requirements, design, development, testing, debugging and deployment of new functionalities and features in NAV.
Execute authorized system modifications in dynamics Navision
+ Develop reports needed by the business to improve information and decision making through the use of account schedule and rdlc reporting tool.
+ Perform discovery/diagnostic phase of the project and creatively design a solution to meet the client’s needs
+ Dynamics NAV implementations experience (Bernina of America USA, ALM Consulting Nigeria, Green Africa Airline Nigeria and NITDA Abuja Nigeria

?Meet with the key business owners, gather their respective business processes and produce functional requirement documents which are going to be automated on the system.
?Involved in creating and reviewing gap-fit analysis documents, data point analysis, data model and process specifications.
?Conduct users’ training, and prepare training materials for users’ retention and future use.
?Implemented customized approval workflow in dynamics 365 Business Central 140 using AL in VS Code environment.
?Support the users across the TGI Group divisions such as Cormart House, Cormart KM51, Chi Farm, Cormart Ibadan, Cormart Enugu, Chi Pharm intensively in resolving technical issues on Dynamics Navision.
?Conducted a walkthrough, requirement gathering meetings and liaise with the stakeholders to ensure that manual processes are correctly automated by staging constant testing and comparison against the requirements.
?Prepare users’ manual/users’ guide for every training section held.

? Implement a complete HR and Payroll Module including all associated reports such as End Month, Mid-Month, PAYE, Union Due, Create Journal Entry, Create Payroll entries (for both End Month & Mid-Month) and Pension reports in Navision 2017.
? Implement a complete HR and Admin including all associated reports such as Staff by Age, Staff by Gender, Staff Entry, Staff Exit etc.
? Maintain yearly SLA services such as functional training for users on Project Management, Payroll, Users and User Permissions training for IT Department, different versions of Navision monitoring on their physical server, generation of self-signed certificate for their server, test server and client systems, and lots more.
? Data migration using SQL Server tool and command prompt cmds from their old Navision 2009 to Navision 2017.
