? Tracking of individual machine components and generating invoices once approved

? This Application reduced the turn around time by 80% in the plant.

? Real time data (Excel) used to come in Email on daily basis for all the instruments used in
Power Plant, Requirement was to monitor the data and find out which instruments have
been getting the same issues on repeated number.
? Have used Power Automate Scheduled trigger to migrate the data to Dataverse and create
a Power BI Report to show the Repeated data based on which email notification is triggered
to technicians.
? Have build Canvas apps and integrated it to the PowerBI, technicians can have a look on the
issues and prioritize them.
? Based on the Priority, If any parts need to be changed, they can request for the new
machinery using (Stock Inventory Management App)

User base for this Application was around 1 Million
? Used Power BI to generate reports.
? Integrated Power Apps within PowerBI to take inputs from technicians who are working
on-site.
? Have worked with multiple data sources (SQL/SharePoint/ADF) and merged the data to
fetch them in PowerBI reports.

? Designed site structure and Permissions Structure as per project requirement.
? Designed base framework of project as per mock up shared by client.
? Used Power App to build the One Stop Shop where a Host can create events inside the
company, Users (internal and external) can register for it.
? Notifications will be triggered at every step of the process and host can monitor everything
? Automatic creation of Teams meeting, and sending of calendar invites with reminder
notifications

Built multiple Apps like Leave Request, Helpdesk Support, Finder, Payroll, Timesheet etc
and merged them to a single SharePoint site which acted as single point stop for everyone.
? Build multiple Power automate workflows and Power BI customized Reports for easing of
business Process.
? Build multiple Approval process (Sequential, Parallel) which was integrated into Power
automate workflows.
? Developed Customized Workflows in Power Automate for company's internal events like,
automatic mail trigger in employee's birthdays, Notification mail for national holidays to all
internal employees.
