Job Description
The Dynamics 365 Developer would be responsible in designing, creating, testing, and delivering new applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to suit our business objectives under the direction of the Director of Infrastructure and Development. The developer would use their technical know-how to configure and manage the software programs and would offer technical leadership and advice throughout the Dynamics 365 apps' end-to-end delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Create the forms, workflow procedures, plugins, online services, and other elements required by the Dynamics 365 system to satisfy business needs;
* Create components for Dynamics 365 and third-party connectors;
* Use AppSource and third-party apps, Forms, Native and Custom Entities, Plugins (JavaScript, C#), Microsoft Flows, PowerBI, PowerApps, Azure IoT Suite, Azure Machine Learning, and SSRS Reports to configure and personalize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications;
* Make that all solutions are constructed to a suitable standard of quality, are scalable, lightweight, and entirely secure;
* Assist business customers in setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 to satisfy specifications;
* Create and manage new and existent systems, applications, specialized reporting, and database architectures;
* Assist in the execution of the solution's architecture while comprehending and appreciating how the solution will affect other systems;
* Participate in requirement analysis with business users, business analysts, and other stakeholders;
* Create a document with Design and Technical Specifications;
Skills & Qualifications
At least five years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on the platform's capabilities, out-of-the-box setups, modifications, and interaction with additional elements like SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Server, Outlook, etc.;
Working knowledge of Dynamics 365's CE, Sales, Event Management/Marketing, and Customer Service modules is required;
Working knowledge with Dynamics 365 Portals;
Working knowledge of creating unique Dynamics 365 apps, updates, integrations, data conversion processes, and bespoke reports;
Working knowledge of connecting document management software MS Dynamics 365 with Azure Storage;
