Job Description
The Dynamics 365 Developer would be responsible for designing, creating, testing, and delivering new applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to suit our business requirements under the direction of the Director of Development and Infrastructure. The developer would use their technical knowledge to configure and manage the software applications and would offer technical leadership and advice throughout the Dynamics 365 apps' end-to-end delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
Create the forms, workflow procedures, online services, plugins, and other elements required inside the Dynamics 365 system to satisfy the business needs;
* Create and create third-party integrations and Dynamics 365 components;
* Use Forms, Native and Custom Entities, Plugins (JavaScript, C#), Microsoft Flows, PowerBI, PowerApps, Azure IoT Suite, AppSource and third-party apps, Azure Machine Learning, and SSRS Reports to configure and personalize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications;
* Ensure that all solutions are developed to a suitable standard of quality, are lightweight, scalable, and entirely secure;
* Collaborate with business users to set up Microsoft Dynamics 365 in accordance with specifications;
* Create and manage both new and old applications, systems, specialized reports, and database designs;
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on platform features, out-of-the-box setups, modifications, and interaction with other systems including SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Server, Outlook, etc.
* Working knowledge of Dynamics 365's CE, Sales, Event Management/Marketing, and Customer Service modules is required
* Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Portals
* Working knowledge of creating unique Dynamics 365 apps, updates, integrations, data conversion processes, and bespoke reports
* Working knowledge of connecting document management software MS Dynamics 365 with Azure Blob
* Working knowledge of data loading and migration for Dynamics 365
* Knowledge of interfacing with other AppSource apps and other programs (such as Outlook)
* System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, including an understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
