  • Experts with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365, and confidence in delivering training or demos, can apply. We welcome professionals from all levels; from consultants to architects.

  • Certifications (MB, PL, or other Microsoft credentials) will definitely strengthen your profile, and will be prioritized. However, they are not mandatory and wont be the sole evaluation factor. Practical, real-world training experience and Copilot expertise are equally valuable.

  • As a trainer, you may conduct:

    • Corporate training sessions

    • 1:1 mentorship

    • Workshops and demos

    • Certification preparation classes

    • Online, hybrid, or in-person sessions

    You’ll have the flexibility to choose your preferred formats.

  • Yes. We typically expect:

    • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft technologies

    • At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Copilot features

    However, exceptional candidates with strong enablement skills may also be considered.

  • No. This is a freelance/contract-based network. Trainers are matched with organizations needing enablement support. You’ll remain independent while gaining exposure to global clients.

  • Not at all. You only need to register expertise in the modules where you have hands-on experience. For example: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.

  • Live D365 will connect you with clients looking for Copilot training. Matches are based on your:

    • Declared modules of expertise

    • Copilot proficiency

    • Training delivery preferences

  • No. Registration is completely free.

  • Compensation will depend upon the type of training engagement, your expertise level, and client requirements. Trainers are typically paid on a per-session or per-project basis, with rates agreed upon before the engagement. Live D365 ensures transparent discussions between trainers and clients so you’re compensated fairly for your time and expertise.
