Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Dynamics 365 F&O.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to finance, accounting, supply chain, and operations.
2. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet client needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
3. Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to discuss solution designs, functional specifications, and system configurations.
4. Provide expertise in areas such as business process optimization, data migration, integration with other systems, and customization of reports and dashboards.
5. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that Dynamics 365 F&O solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.
6. Provide training and support to end-users during and after system implementations.
7. Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration and customization.
8. Stay current with updates and new features in Dynamics 365 F&O and recommend best practices to clients.
9. Document system configurations, processes, and technical specifications.
10. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O projects within budget and scope.
