7–9 years of experience in ERP project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AX/F&O projects across multiple business domains.

Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budgets using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Facilitate requirement workshops, status meetings, and steering committee reviews.

Monitor project performance using KPIs and project management tools.

Manage change requests, issue resolution, and ensure project documentation is up-to-date.

Ensure user adoption through training coordination, UAT support, and go-live planning.

Provide post-go-live stabilization oversight and transition to support team
