Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including scoping, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with best practices.

Configure core BC modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.

Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional design documents, and collaborate with technical teams for custom development.

Manage stakeholder communications and provide ongoing advisory support for process improvements.

Mentor junior consultants and support team knowledge building.
