7 to 9 years of experience in ERP project management, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.

Manage full project lifecycle for Dynamics NAV / Business Central implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure business alignment.

Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, QA, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality constraints using project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and steering committee reviews.

Manage change requests, escalations, and post-go-live stabilization.

Track and report KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership.

Ensure proper documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
