5–7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with exposure to both functional and technical areas.

Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 CE capabilities.

Configure standard modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and customize forms, views, workflows, and business rules.

Develop customizations using Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, plugins, and custom workflows.

Support integrations with external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.

Conduct functional testing, UAT support, training sessions, and user documentation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams for successful delivery.

Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous system improvement.

Assist in data migration, security role configuration, and environment management.
