5–7 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).

Customize and extend CRM solutions using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, C#, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Design and implement integrations with external systems using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or middleware.

Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

Perform data migration using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.

Develop and deploy custom components, entities, and UI enhancements.

Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT and go-live activities.

Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and end-users to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs.

Document technical designs, solutions, and support materials.
