CRM Functional Consultant

Details

• Work with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional CRM solutions.

• Design and configure CRM modules, entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports.

• Lead CRM implementations and enhancements using platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other major CRM tools.

• Conduct functional analysis, gap fit studies, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop functional documentation including BRD, FSD, test cases, and training materials.

• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful system customizations and integrations.

• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.

• Assist in data migration planning and execution.

• Stay updated on CRM trends, features, and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
