7–9 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, custom modules).

Design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to business needs.

Customize and extend CRM using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, and C#.

Develop system integrations using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware.

Analyze requirements and convert functional specifications into technical designs.

Execute data migrations using KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.

Perform unit testing, deployment, and maintain technical documentation.

Collaborate with functional consultants, stakeholders, and QA teams.

Deliver post-go-live technical support and ongoing enhancements.
