Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Technical CRM Consultant who is fluent in French to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CRM along with excellent communication skills in both French and English. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering CRM projects, providing technical expertise, and guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects from initiation to completion.
2. Gather and analyze client requirements, and design tailored CRM solutions to meet business needs.
3. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM based on best practices and client specifications.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
7. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 CRM technology.
