Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. As a CRM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM system configuration and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of CRM concepts and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM system implementation.
- Design and customize CRM solutions to meet client needs using platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM systems.
- Configure CRM system settings, workflows, and processes to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain custom CRM components such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM system issues, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Conduct CRM system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and customizations.
- Stay current with CRM industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
