Key Responsibilities:

Customize and extend D365 CRM modules using JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform components.

Develop custom entities, forms, views, and dashboards.

Integrate D365 CRM with external systems via Web APIs, Azure services, or middleware.

Work closely with functional consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Participate in unit testing, deployments, and support activities.
