Configure, customize, and enhance CRM platforms (Dynamics 365/ Salesforce/ Zoho or relevant system)

Lead CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other business systems

Design functional and technical documentation including business process flows, solution architecture, and data mapping

Conduct stakeholder meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and end-user training

Manage data migration, cleansing, and validation processes

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of CRM systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Support
